Shipping Days/Lead Time

   Orders ship 6 days a week. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Many of the products we sell are made to order and will not ship immediately. Our lead times are listed at the top of every page on our website. We estimate lead times based on many factors, and there are unfortunately delays from time to time. Feel free to check in at anytime to get updates on the progress of your order.

Shipping Methods

    We use UPS and USPS to ship most orders. Insurance equivalent to the value of your product is included with all orders. We have an excellent track record with both methods of shipment, but damage during shipment is unfortunately something that can occur. We do not ship damaged products! If your order is damaged, please refer to the section below on "Returns".

    If you are located near southern Indiana, or are willing to make the trip, we may arrange pickup in place of shipping. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering if you prefer to pickup your order. We reserve the right to refuse pickup as an option of order fulfillment for any reason.

    Cages that are too large to ship will be shipped via freight or courier. As with USPS and UPS, your shipment will include insurance.

Cancellations

       Any cancellation not requested within 24 hours from time of purchase, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any request for cancellation.

Returns

    If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once you have contacted us, we will ask you to provide pictures of the shipping container and any damage on the actual item. It is important to get documentation in the case of shipping damage so that we can begin processing a shipping claim. Even if the shipping box appears undamaged, you must provide pics.

   Once you've provided documentation,we may request that the item be returned in the original box(if it is still intact). In the case of damaged items, you will have the choice of paying return shipping and being reimbursed on arrival, or you can choose to receive a shipping label from All American Cages and Custom Enclosures. 

    Once we have received the return package, a work order will placed for your exchange item, and you will be reimbursed any return shipping fees. Lead times may still apply, but we will do our best to get your replacement to you as soon as possible. In the case where replacement is not possible, you will be refunded.

      Refunds in lieu of an exchange are given at our discretion. In instances where the item arrives undamaged, reimbursement or prepayment of return shipping cost will be given at our discretion.

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders where the item description is misunderstood by the customer.
